2010 : Olympus OM2n | KOLEKSI KAMERA VINTAGE edoi

Olympus OM2n

The OM-System was introduced by Olympus in 1972, more than a decade later than most of the, by then, well-established 35mm SLR brands. Its success must undoubtedly be attributed to Olympus’ chief designer Yoshihisa Maitani and his staff, certainly taking advantage of new technology and increased general 35mm SLR understanding. The nucleus of this system is the brilliantly conceived camera body of remarkably compact design, yet with possibly the best viewfinder in any 35mm SLR camera. The first model introduced was the all-mechanical M-1, soon renamed OM-1, with a full aperture TTL CdS exposure meter and a wide bayonet lens-mount, gradually complemented by several quite sophisticated models. The system is also associated with one of the finest ranges of optics ever made available, the OM-System Zuiko lenses, and a generous selection of accessories.

The Olympus OM-system camera range fall into two main groups of bodies, the ones discussed in this article, designated by one-digit model numbers, and the two-digit models OM-10/20/30/40 dealt with separately, having more relaxed specifications.

The OM-2N, based on the OM-2, has the same modifications plus:

  • a direct contact inside for Recordata backs
  • an exposure compensation warning flag
  • full-frame averaging at all shutter speeds
  • 120 second exposure limit on auto, though in practice, low light exposures will often go to 3.5 minutes (the OM-2 limit was listed as 60 seconds in the instruction book, but at asa 12 would go as long as 19 minutes while at asa 1600 would end in as little as 19 seconds)

All these models existed in chrome or black. According to this page of the OM Sales Information File, 25 examples of the black M-1 were made, and there was also a gold version of the OM-1n.

wiuu...best2...xde pe nak cerita...rasanya bleh la dtg jmpa kl teringin nak tengok..aksesori lengkap saya gabungkan dgn 50mm f1.8 om system n om2 winder original by OM system..

okay, c yaa later :)

2010 : ROLLEiFLEX SL35e | KOLEKSI KAMERA VINTAGE edoi

ROLLEIflex SL35e

The Rolleiflex SL35E was a 35mm SLR released by Rollei in 1978, successor of the Rolleiflex SL35M and SL35ME.

It had an all new electronic vertically running focal plane shutter, with flash sync to 1/125, and a SiO2 meter with aperture priority or manual exposure. The shutter speed was indicated by LEDs in the finder. It could accept an external winder or motor drive. An almost identical body was sold under the name Voigtländer VSL 3-E. Both took Rolleiflex SL35 lenses, and were sold in chrome or black. They were built in Singapore as their predecessors.

The Rolleiflex SL35E was abandoned in 1981 when Rollei went bankrupt. They had to close the Singapore plant, and they dropped the mid range SLRs to concentrate on high end products such as the Rolleiflex SL2000F.

2010 : yashica 35GTN | KOLEKSI KAMERA VINTAGE edoi

yashica 35GTN
rangefinder

In 1966 Yashica introduced the Electro 35, the first of a very successful line of 35mm rangefinder cameras with fixed Yashinon lenses. The rangefinder is coupled to the focusing ring and the viewfinder is parallax corrected. The Electros use aperture priority exposure with a stepless automatic shutter with speeds from 30 seconds to 1/500s. Metering is done by half depressing the shutter button.
When the shutter speed for the aperture selected is lower than 1/30s, the viewfinder shows an orange arrow pointing left and an orange light is displayed on the top of the camera. Similarly, when the shutter speed would have to be faster than 1/500s the viewfinder shows a right pointing arrow and there is a red control light on the top. Either situation can often be solved by changing the aperture, but anyway the shutter will still fire. With the underexposed indication on, the photographer may consider using a tripod

All models of Yashica Electro are fitted with a stepless Copal electronic blade shutter, with flash sync at all speeds. The PC sync contact is placed on the left side of the camera, probably for aesthetic reasons. The Electro, G, GT, and GS models have a cold accessory shoe. The GSN and GTN models have a hot shoe.

All models are fitted with a Yashinon 1.7 45mm lens with a 55mm filter thread. On the G and later models, the lens is branded as a Color Yashinon, although it was otherwise identical. The closest focusing distance is 0.8m. The camera has three exposure modes: auto, B and flash. The first Electro has an ISO/ASA range of 15 to 500; all subsequent models have an ISO/ASA range of 25 to 1000. An ASA/DIN conversion chart is pasted to the inside of the back door.

2010 : smena8M black | KOLEKSI KAMERA VINTAGE edoi

SMENA 8M black edition

The LOMO Smena 8m is an entry-level camera from the 1970s Soviet Union, now mostly regarded as a toy camera. It is an extremely low-tech, fully manual, no-frills plastic box capable of shooting surprisingly decent photos on 35mm film. There is no focus aid - focus is set by guessing the distance to your subject and setting that distance on the lens. The frame counter is considered by many to be worthless.

hehe..kamera yg paling murah best n byk function..kamera ni beli dlm hehe, biarlah rahsia. simple n biasanya colour silver plated kan, saya punye black plated. complete ngan casing n superb minty. kamera ni pon lomo, so, kl korang de masalah tntg smena8m ni, bleh la hanta repair kat saya, saya bleh baiki smena nih, kcuali masalah shutter atau kompenan yg patah saya xboleh nak baiki..okay..

sila ke koleksi yg seterusnya ye :)

2010 : tlr Yashica MAT124G | KOLEKSI KAMERA VINTAGE edoi

Yashica MAT124G | twin lens reflex

The Yashica Mat-124 G was made from 1970 till 1986 and was the last TLR produced by Yashica. Even if this type of camera seemed to be obsolete at the time of its appearence, the 124 G was a success.

The 124G has a four-element, 80mm F3.5 taking lens, of the better "Yashinon" variety. Focusing is via a ground glass screen, with a 3x diopter loupe for critical focusing, as well as a sports finder. The focusing screen is used with the camera at waist-level. The sportsfinder, incorporated in the focusing hood, is operational by pushing the front cover backwards. According to the Instruction Booklet, it comes in handy for snapshots or when shooting fast-moving objects at eye-level. No screen to check focus in this set-up though. The Copal shutter features speeds 1 to 1/500 sec., plus B.

The 124 and 124G are largely identical, save for trim (the Mat-124 G was all black) and electrical differences. The 124G pressure plate slides between 12-exposure and 24-exposure settings, while on the original 124 it pulls out and rotates. The 124G also features a coupled match-needle exposure meter, although it uses now-discontinued 1.3v mercury cells. Suitable air-zinc replacements and adapters for modern alkaline or silver oxide batteries may be obtained at camera stores and on the internet.

The 124(G) can handle both 120 and 220 film. The Yashica 12, 24, Mat-124 and Mat-124 G all accept Bay 1 accessories, such as those made for the Rolleiflex. An artificially inflated demand for the 124G has raised the price somewhat in the used market.

Since the Yashica camera basically is a Rolleiflex copy, the controls take a similar configuration. Build quality is very good. Yashica’s are considered to be an excellent choice for entry-level medium format. The 4-element 80mm f/3.5 Yashinon (taking) lens cannot be considered of equal quality compared to the Rollei’s, however it produces very good results, especially when stopped down to f 8-16.

yuhuuu..paham x?..kalau xpaham bleh tanya direct yep...aku suke design TLR yg camni, sbb rasa classic dia..hasil pakai kamera ni pon bukan main2 tau..lawa beb.cuma aku je amek burok agi, sbb jrg outing bwk mat124g nih, sbb xde tmpt develop yg ok utk format 6X6...mlysia insyallah aku main mat124g nih...keupayaan dia bleh bace yg kat atas tu, dia dh terangkan smua...hope dpt layan kamera2 koleksi lg selepas ini...

2010 : Nikon F2 | KOLEKSI KAMERA VINTAGE edoi

Nikon F2

The Nikon F2 is a professional level, interchangeable lens, 35 mm film, single-lens reflex (SLR) camera. It was manufactured by the Japanese optics company Nippon Kogaku K. K. (Nikon Corporation since 1988) in Japan from September 1971 to June 1980. It used a horizontal-travel focal plane shutter with titanium shutter curtains and a speed range of 1 to 1/2000th second (up to 10 seconds using the self timer) plus Bulb and Time, and flash X-sync of 1/80th second. It had dimensions (with DE-1 head, see below) of 98 mm height, 152.5 mm width, 65 mm depth and 730 g weight. It was available in two colors: black with chrome trim and all black.

The F2 is the second member of the long line of Nikon F-series professional level 35 mm SLRs that began with the Nikon F (manufactured 1959–1974) and followed each other in a sort of dynastic succession as the top-of-the-line Nikon camera. The other members were the F3 (1980–2001), F4 (1988–1996), F5 (1996–2005) and F6 (2004–present). The F-series do not share any major components...
